What methods of shipping are available?

IslandSupps.com ships orders internationally from strategic locations around the globe. We guarantee delivery or your money back!

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 2PM +11GMT are shipped out same or within 24 hours Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays) depending on stock availability.

 Does IslandSupps ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to *MOST* countries that are not considered “high risk”. International customers shipping charges are all FREE SHIPPING. At the current time we accept Visa & Mastercard as well as wire/bank transfer.  Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason, we will issue you a refund or reship. You are still responsible for the shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Prepayment is required. We will not be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside Vanuatu. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office directly.

RETURN INFORMATION

**All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.**

  • No unauthorized returns
  • We accept returns for products that do not match the sales description or have been damaged in transit.
  • Supplements can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. No returns on opened or used merchandise
  • Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded
  • Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment
